There's a famous soup in Singapore is Bak Kut Teh.
The soup is fragrance of black pepper, and spicy as well.
People said this hot soup can drain out sweat carry harmful materials,
to make ur body more clean, then, u'll feel comfertable.
Personally, I dont perfer to have hot spicy soup in place without air conditioner.
Unfortunately, that's exactly what Ng Ah Sio is to be.

We sign up of name n number to reception wait for calling.
Then we waited for couple minutes after sitting on chair in front of shop.
My lovely travelmate doesnt perfer port ribs soup,
hence, I just ordered combo soup, (SIN$7)
this's 1 piece of spareribs n 2 pieces of port ribs,
as u can recognize from photos.
Normally, the price of spareribs is expensive then price of ribs,
I have no idea why till I tasted.
U can tell spareribs is much juicy n tender then ribs.
N it conbines with garlic-spicy soup, just stimulates ur tongue n body.
O, u also can find various of side dish as vegetable or tofu,
The order from a couple was sat next to us is a -
a bucket of rice, severals side dishes, n soups for each.
So, I got it!!! Only tourist will order soup only,
local inhabitant will hav soup with meal.
U can buy their soup pack n cook it at home,
n they open for dinner from 1st, Apr, 2011!
